REAL eHELP Terms and Conditions


1. Introduction

Welcome to REAL eHELP, a peer-to-peer (P2P) donation platform that connects people from around the world, enabling them to help each other with financial issues. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

REAL eHELP, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

3. Role & Purpose

The purpose of REAL eHELP is to help individuals, entities, or organizations raise funds but not to pick or endorse any such individuals, entities, organizations, or their campaigns or causes. REAL eHELP is a technology platform that allows fundraisers to connect with donors. The existence of the site or services is not a solicitation of donations by REAL eHELP, and REAL eHELP does not engage in any solicitation activities or consult on the solicitation of contributions from the public on behalf of any individual, entity, or organization.

4. Fees

To ensure that REAL eHELP does not go out of business and to provide you with the best experience and customer service, REAL eHELP may charge certain fees for donations and event registrations made on or through the site. Currently, the platform is available for free.

5. Becoming a Member

It is easy to become a member of our community by following the steps on the site. You will be required to provide some information when you sign up/registration, including a mobile number and email address to receive any notices required by law, along with other messages, including changes to features of the service.

6. User ID & Password

You need a user ID and password to use certain features of the site and services. By creating an account, you agree that you will not use information:


of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;

subject to the rights of any person without authorization;

in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person;

that REAL eHELP, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or offensive.


You expressly permit REAL eHELP to identify you by your name (which may be a pseudonym). You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your account, URL, and/or user ID and that all rights in and to your user ID and account are owned by and inure to the benefit of REAL eHELP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You will notify REAL eHELP immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. REAL eHELP assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your password or account by a third party. REAL eHELP has the right to reclaim any user ID or URLs for any reason.

7. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information as prompted on the site or through the services and to maintain and update such information to keep it accurate. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, or REAL eHELP has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, REAL eHELP may suspend or terminate your use of the platform and/or the site.

In addition to reviewing these terms, you should also read our "Privacy Policy" to better comprehend how REAL eHELP collects and uses your personal information. Your use of the site and its services constitutes your agreement to the Privacy Policy.

10. Relationship of REAL eHELP

By using this site, you understand and agree that REAL eHELP shall not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the fundraising campaigns or events. In the event of a dispute between users (including but not limited to fundraisers, donors, beneficiaries, and third parties), you hereby release REAL eHELP and its volunteers from all claims, damages, and demands related to such disputes.

11. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform. REAL eHELP reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities or violate these terms and conditions.

12. Liability Disclaimer

REAL eHELP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that REAL eHELP makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content provided on the platform.

13. Termination of Donations

Donors or the platform can terminate recurring donations if any at any time by providing notification/alert. Receivers must notify the platform if they no longer require donations or if there are changes in their financial situation.

14. Tax Deductions

Donations may be tax-deductible, depending on the donor's location and local tax laws. Donors are responsible for determining the tax-deductibility of their donations and obtaining necessary documentation. And the receiver will be responsible for taxes based on your net income or gross receipts (if any).

15. Platform Usage

Users must use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Any form of harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
